To reproduce serious bass you need a completely different kind of loudspeaker, one which can cope with huge pressure. KF92 is engineered to blast out huge bursts of lower frequency energy, yet is subtle enough to pick out the delicate details of a double bass. KF92 ensures you don't just feel the air move - you feel the sound move you.

Perfect balance

Two 9-inch drivers are positioned back to back in a force-cancelling design which cancels out the reactive forces which stress conventional subwoofers. This configuration keeps KF92 perfectly balanced so all you'll hear is deep and clean bass at sound pressure levels of upto 110db.

Effortless dynamics

KF92's prodigious drivers are optimised with a clever vented design which reduces viscous drag on the movement of the cone, ensuring they can keep up with even the most demanding impulses.

Bespoke bass

Two 9-inch KEF transducers were conceived specifically for the KF92. They feature a hybrid aluminium/paper cone and an oversized motor system and voice coil. They offer vanishingly low distortion and precision, so every bass moment is uncovered even when they are working at extremes.

Music Integrity Engine™

KEF's research into digtal sound processing - Music Integrity Engine - is the brains behind KF92. Intelligent Bass Extension optimises the relationship between the amplifier, drivers and cabinet, while placement-dependant EQ allows for seamless integration into any room.

Turn up the power

KF92’s 1000W (RMS) of Class D amplification (500W RMS per driver) creates immense power., delivering incredible levels of control. This improves timing accuracy and dynamic response, producing a more detailed sound closer to that in the studio.

More bass, less space

The compact, sealed box construction improves flexibility of positioning as well as the speed and clarity of performance. The beautiful low profile heatsink ensures that the hard working electronics are kept in an optimum thermal condition.

my favorite speaker Added a lot of fun to my life

Just received, this kf92 subwoofer looks very beautiful and stylish, I like it very much kef service is very good, the delivery is very fast and received within one day, I will continue to pay attention to kef to buy more speakers, thank you very much

Great tight articulate deep bass.

I've had two of these subwoofers in my music/theatre system for nearly two months and I'm still trying to figure out these compact subwoofers are able to to produce articulate deep bass. Given the dimensions and placement requirements of my music/theatre system I auditioned subs from several highly regarded manufactures with mixed results. Some were great for music others for theatre but I wasn't completely happy until I finally listened to the KF92. Incredibly deep, powerful and articulate bass that excelled at music and theatre, something no other compact sub I auditioned was able to do.

Excellent subwoofer for the money

I tried many subwoofers and just couldnt get that right bass into my system but with the kf92 things got much much better I love this sub thank you guys a lot.

Great Sub integrated seamlessly into my sound room

Great Sub integrated seamlessly into my sound room. Paired with the Oppo 105, KEF 205/2 Speakers Emotiva USP1 Pre & XPA1,1000W/ch monoblocks in custom music music room 12.5x20ft; well treated. Tried 2 other subs before (Paradygm 10" and 15") and couldn't get the integration, either with or without the Bass Management on the pre. Dropped the KC62 into service and immediately sounded great with Pre Bass Management on; crossed over at 80 Hz. I assume it was the "speed" of the sub matching my mains but whatever, the integration was prefect. Very musical and no loss of warmth when crossed over. Result if very tight bass response (vs "fat bass" with other subs). Wonderful.

Just buy it

Currently running 2 of these with my KEF Reference 1's and they are fantastic. Deep, tight bass without being overbearing and sloppy. It punches well above it's 2000 price point. Will be getting a third one for my LS50 setup soon.
